Return Policy – Atelier de Wevershoek
At Atelier de Wevershoek, we want you to truly love what you receive. Every item in our collection is carefully selected with attention to quality, comfort, and natural materials.
As a small webshop, we kindly ask you to order consciously and only return items when really necessary. Unsure about size, material, or fit? Just send us a message — we’re happy to help you choose right the first time.
🕒 Cooling-off period
You have 14 days to decide from the moment your order is delivered.
Within this period, you can let us know that you would like to return (part of) your order. After that, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until you can provide proof of shipment.
Return conditions
Returned items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- with all original tags attached
- in the original packaging (where reasonably possible)
You are, of course, allowed to try on or inspect items as you would in a physical store.
If a product shows more use than necessary to assess it, we may apply a reduction in value.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- gift cards
- personalised products
- sealed care products once opened
- pre-orders
Pre-orders are ordered specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
You are free to choose your preferred carrier, such as PostNL or DHL.
The return shipment remains your responsibility until it has been delivered to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Free shipping & discounts
We offer free shipping above the following order values:
- Netherlands – from €66
- Belgium & Germany – from €99
- Other countries – from €150
If you return (part of) your order and the total amount falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Any discounts or promotions linked to a minimum order value will also be reversed if a return brings the total below that threshold.
Damaged or incorrect items
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us at info@dewevershoek.nl.
We will resolve this properly and, of course, cover any additional shipping costs.

- your order number
- the items you wish to return

This store credit:
- is sent automatically by email
- is valid for 2 months
- cannot be exchanged for cash
