Cancellation policy

1. Cancel an order

As a small webshop, we often process orders quickly.

Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase by sending an email to info@dewevershoek.nl, including your order number.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can use our Return Policy.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, as they are ordered specifically for each customer.

2. Refunds after cancellation

If your cancellation request is submitted in time, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exceptions

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

• pre-orders
• personalised or custom-made products

These items are specifically ordered or produced for you.
