Merino wool rarely needs washing. Let the hat air outside after use or hang it in the bathroom while showering. Stain? Dab it with a damp cloth. Prefer to wash it? Hand wash it with lukewarm water (max. 20°C) and wool detergent. Machine washing on a wool cycle is at your own risk.
